From the UMass Lowell Tsongas Center is the Money Strong for Life Credit Fair, sponsored by Jeanne D’arc Credit Union. This is an event designed to give LHS seniors a real life financial experience. Students choose a career and receive a portfolio that includes their salary, their savings, and their student loan debt. From there each student visits a variety of booths which give them an idea of the kinds of expenses they will face as an adult.
